APB were instructed to market the industrial unit at Gelders Hall Road on behalf of a private client. They were instructed to market 13,772 sq.ft. The unit provided excellent access to the motorway network and a large enclosed yard in a modern portal frame building.
Gelders Hall Road is located approximately 1 mile off junction 23 of the M1 motorway and also giving excellent access to junction 11 of the M42.
