Acting on behalf of a private client, APB have brought to the market a four acre site on Parker Drive, which will provide approximately 65,000 sq.ft of industrial space.
The site, which is currently being submitted for planning, consists of two new build units, located on the popular Parker Drive Estate. These units will provide modern warehousing with 8m to eaves, lorry access/loading and 3 phase power.
New commercial tenants are being sought for the properties, which are being offered on a leasehold basis.
