Woodgate Loughborough office letting for APB

05.08.2016

APB have disposed of a 2,175 sq.ft office on Woodgate, Loughborough, on behalf of private clients.

The modern office premises, which fronted Woodgate, consisted of a modern two storey self contained office premises with 6 designated parking spaces.

The property offered office accommodation within the heart of Loughborough’s town centre, being only 100 metres from the main pedestrianised area.

The property was taken by Turning Point, a charity providing counselling services to the general public on a 5 year term.

Will Shattock of APB said:

‘We were instructed to dispose of the lease of 55/56 Woodgate, Loughborough. We identified that there was little available office accommodation within Loughborough town centre, the property had currently been used by the NHS and provided modern specifications’.

‘We identified that Turning Point required an office, and secured a new 5 year lease with them and from viewings the premises, we managed to turn around a lease, which allowed them to be in within 2 weeks’.

‘The Landlords were exceptionally happy with this result, as it provided them with a strong tenant and a very little period of time waiting for the lease to start’.

‘There is a shortage of commercial property in general in Loughborough, but we have shown that subject to the correct marketing strategy, that lettings are achievable.

Mather Jamie acted as joint agents.
