Three Industrial deals show confidence is back within the Industrial Market.

APB (Leicester) LLP have started the year strong with three industrial deals within the 1st six weeks of the new year. These deals consist of 55,000 sq.ft. letting at Winchester Avenue in Blaby, 15,000 sq.ft. sale at Hollow Road in Ansty and 8,000 sq.ft. letting in Viking Road Wigston.
