APB have recently completed the sale of the former HSS Hire site at 151 Abbey Lane, Leicester to Measom Group who are one of the UK’s leading drywall contractors based in Leicester.

The property extended to 9,523 sq.ft of retail showroom, warehouse and office space and occupied a site area of 0.5 acres in a prominent position on the corner of Abbey Lane and Corporation Road approximately 2 miles north of Leicester city centre.
