APB INSTRUCTED TO ACQUIRE COMMERCIAL INVESTMENT PROPERTY ON BEHALF OF LOCAL CHARITY

APB (Leicester) LLP have been instructed on behalf of local charity based in Leicester to acquire commercial investment property.

The charity are looking to dispose of up to £15m and spread over lot sizes of £750k - £3m.

The key characteristics of the requirement are as follows:

- Lot size £750k - £3m
- UK wide search with a focus on the Midlands
- Looking for 'clean' investments rather than risk or asset management opportunities
- Will consider all commercial sectors. No residential.
- Strong Covenants preferred
