On behalf of Charles Street Buildings Group, APB were able to successfully secure a letting of 65,000 sq ft of relatively modern warehouse premises to local, award-winning designer, fabricator and installer of PVCu windows and doors, Unique Window Systems.

The property was located on Menzies Road just off Parker Drive, which is one of the principle industrial and employment areas located approximately 1.5 miles to the north of Leicester city centre.
